Welcome to St. Mary’s parish. We would like to register you into our parish. You register with two forms: one for the parish and one for the Finnish civil register. Every adult Catholic person writes two forms. The information about children is written in their parents’ forms. Both parents sign up the form for the Finnish civil register under the names of their children.
You can obtain the forms from the church or download them from here: a form for the parish, a form for the Finnish civil register. Please give the filled forms to a priest in the church or bring them to the parish office.
