Morning Masses will be celebrated at 7.30 am beginning on Monday 14.8. Morning prayers (Lauds) will begin at 7 am.

The Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary will be celebrated on Tuesday 15.8.

The Diocesan Feast will be celebrated on Saturday 19th August 2023 in Turku. Our parish organises a bus transport, the bus fare is 25 €. The bus will leave at 8:30 in front of our church. There are still free spaces on the bus. You can sign up at the parish office maria(ät)katolinen.fi or on the list on the bulletin board. There are separate lists for those coming by bus or car. You can pay cash or by MobilePay 47373 with the message “bus trip Turku”.

If your child in the third grade or older has not yet received his/her First Communion, please register him/her for the First Communion preparation class in Finnish. The class starts on the 9^th of September and is held once a month on Saturdays until the First Communion. Please register at the parish office (tel. 09-2411633 or maria(ät)katolinen.fi).

We ask the parents of all youngsters in the eighth grade to register their teenagers for the preparatory course for the Sacrament of Confirmation in Finnish. Also, any youth or young adult who is older than that age and has not yet received the Sacrament of Confirmation is welcome to register for the course beginning on the 9^th of September. Please register at the parish office (tel. 09-2411633 or maria(ät)katolinen.fi).

We will celebrate the titular feast of our parish on Sunday, 20^th of August. It is a spiritual event when God gives his special blessing to those who are in the state of grace and attend the Holy Mass in our church.
